The Archive Page

What is the Archive page? When PositivePress finds web pages mentioning your topics it captures those pages and puts them in your Archive. The Archive page is where you go to see the individual results.

To browse results, first go to the Archive page. Here's a screenshot of the Archive page and notes about the different controls:

1. Date Range: You can set the date range to display results from specific date ranges (e.g., yesterday, last 30 days, or between 2 specific days)

2. Folders: You can further filter your results by folders here so you only see results from one folder.

3. Tags: Tags are like folders, but each article can have an unlimited amount of tags. So one article might be tagged with ‘JCPenney, Mens, Retail, Blogs, Summer Campaign.’ You can click on any tag to see only results with that tag. In the tag cloud here, the more results within a tag, the bigger the tag font is.

4. Results: Once you set your view criteria (date range, folders, and tags) you can browse through these results. Click on any thumbnail or title to see the full article.
